Terms of Use
Effective: 1 June 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the 0Pools website, including the pages, materials, interfaces, documentation, visuals and related website features made available through this site.
0Pools is presented as infrastructure information for liquidity, tokenised fiat, swap routing and settlement network concepts. These Terms are intentionally scoped to this website. They do not replace or amend any terms that may apply to a separate 0BIT application, exchange service, hosted wallet, API agreement, liquidity provider agreement, commercial integration agreement or regulated financial service.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the website.
References to "0Pools", "0BIT", "we", "us" or "our" mean the operator of this website and, where applicable, its affiliates, successors and service providers. References to "you" mean any person or entity that accesses the website.
These Terms apply only to the website experience. Where a product, app, developer interface, liquidity program, commercial pilot, private beta, tokenised fiat service, swap service, settlement service or other offering is made available under separate terms, those separate terms will control for that offering.
2. Website Purpose and Infrastructure Materials
The website describes infrastructure concepts, network design, liquidity pool models, tokenised fiat routes, swap engine architecture, settlement workflows and related business use cases. The materials may include forward-looking statements, proposed features, illustrative diagrams, technical descriptions and market commentary.
Website materials are provided for institutional information and evaluation only. They do not create any commitment to launch, support, maintain, operate, list, integrate or continue any product, route, asset, market, chain, jurisdiction, counterparty, partner, liquidity pool, settlement asset or business model.
We may update, remove, suspend or modify any part of the website at any time, including pages, product descriptions, roadmap references, contact flows, documentation, links and visual materials.
3. No Exchange, Custody or Regulated Service on This Website
This website is not itself an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, bank, wallet provider, payment institution, investment adviser, trading venue or execution facility. The website does not currently enable users to open accounts, complete KYC, connect wallets, custody assets, place orders, execute swaps, transfer funds, receive tokenised fiat, redeem assets, withdraw fiat currency or settle transactions.
Any future access to regulated or transaction-capable services may require separate onboarding, eligibility checks, commercial review, jurisdictional restrictions, sanctions screening, risk assessment, KYC, AML review and acceptance of additional terms.
Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that any person can access any 0BIT or 0Pools service in any jurisdiction.
4. No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice
The website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, an invitation to trade, or a commitment to provide liquidity or settlement services.
Digital assets, fiat rails, liquidity arrangements, settlement models and cross-border financial infrastructure can involve operational, market, regulatory, counterparty, technology and compliance risk. You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professional advisers before making any decision based on information on this website.
5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the website only in compliance with applicable law. You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or disruptive.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, scrape excessive data, reverse engineer non-public systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the website to facilitate sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
We may restrict or block access to the website where we believe it is necessary to protect the website, our users, our infrastructure, our rights, our partners, or to comply with law or regulatory expectations.
6. Third-Party Links and Separate Services
The website may link to third-party websites, social channels, infrastructure providers, documentation, applications, developer resources, explorers, analytics tools or other external materials. Third-party resources are provided for convenience only.
We do not control third-party resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, terms, privacy practices, data processing or performance. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and policies.
If this website links to a separate application or commercial service, that application or service may involve materially different rights, risks, data processing, eligibility requirements and legal terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, including its design, text, graphics, marks, logos, icons, images, software, animations, visual systems, product names and other materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the website for lawful internal evaluation and informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, exploit, frame, mirror, scrape or create derivative works from the website or its materials except where expressly permitted by us in writing.
No right, title or interest in the website or any 0BIT or 0Pools brand, mark, name, logo or product identity is transferred to you.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free from harmful components, current, complete, or compatible with your systems. We do not warrant that any information on the website will remain accurate or that any described infrastructure, route, market, product or feature will be made available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, business interruption, trading loss, liquidity loss, settlement delay, technology failure or reliance loss arising from or related to the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes, Governing Law and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this website. The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated on the page, unless a different date is specified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
